Tattoo Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Deposit Policy:

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo.

    • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances unless otherwise specified.

  2. Rescheduling:

    • You are allowed to reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit if done 48 hours or more in advance.

    • If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit may be voided, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

  3. Appointment Confirmation:

    • Your appointment will be considered confirmed once the deposit has been paid. Until then, your appointment slot is not guaranteed.

    • If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

  4. Tattoo Design:

    • We encourage open communication regarding your tattoo design. Feel free to discuss your design, placement, and any changes you'd like before your appointment.

    • While we will do our best to accommodate design requests, our artists reserve the right to make adjustments to ensure the design fits properly and works well with your body.

  5. Health & Safety:

    • You must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo. We may request proof of age (valid ID).

    • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical conditions, please consult with your doctor before booking.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the appointment.

  6. Arriving on Time:

    • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions, rescheduling, or forfeiting your deposit.

  7. Aftercare:

    • After your tattoo is completed, you will receive aftercare instructions. It is important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure proper healing.

    • We are not responsible for the healing process or any complications that may arise from improper aftercare.

  8. Refunds:

    • All deposits and payments are non-refundable once the tattoo session has begun.

  9. Changes to Terms:

    • We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you before your appointment.
